This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and sleeps 11. The master bedroom is a balcony loft with a private bath that includes a deep soaking tub. Each bedroom and the living room have smart TVs. The high-end kitchen has everything you need for cooking or baking, including a dishwasher for clean-up. There is also an outdoor grill. Enjoy eating at the island in the kitchen, the 10-person dining room table, or outdoors by the firepit or on the deck.

Amazing property on Pleasant Lake in Northern NY! 25 minutes to CANADA, 30 minutes to the 1000 Islands, a little over an hour to the Adirondacks. Stay at arguably the nicest place on the lake! Spacious home at almost 3000 square feet with cathedral ceilings making it feel much bigger. Nine acres and a long driveway makes you feel secluded for your stay! Swim at the private boat dock, sleep in the top notch adjustable king bed, & when you wake, the coffee machine, lake views, and forest awaits!

Beautiful modern Cottage on Cranberry Lake. Just a little more than a half-hour north of Kingston, Cranberry Lake beckons cottagers all year long. A lengthy array of lakes and islands make these lakes a paradise for boaters and paddlers, with numerous lounging areas to enjoy the outdoors, including a new 6-person hot tub and woodburning Sauna. The main deck extends along the entire lakeside of the cottage, or use the lower deck near the lake. The dock gives you access to water activities.

-Message me for discounted May, April, October and November rates. This is our paradise at the end of a wooded road set on a private 3 acre peninsula with 850 feet of waterfront! It has 2 fire pits, rocky coves to watch the sunset, and 3 acres of flat land that allows children to run and explore. We are 12 minutes from Abay and Clayton. The fishing off the shore is amazing and instantly rewarding for little ones.. We also have 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use.
