Large sash windows frame seaside vistas where you can sit and watch the world go by with a glass of something chilled. Mealtimes are a joy; the modern kitchen offers all the space for budding chefs to prepare holiday feasts and long summer evenings can be spent on the outdoor terrace, firing up the barbecue and chatting into the night.

The town centre and harbour are a short walk away and have a delightful mix of independent boutiques, coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants.

Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches

Lulworth Gem - All On One Level

The Cowshed is a beautifully renovated cottage that was originally the Cowshed of West Lulworth Farm. Nowadays, it has luxurious furnishings and finishes and really is your home away from home. The accommodation is on one level, boasting 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! A great base for couples, family’s or friends. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom can be made as a twin or king. We also welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs (charges apply).

Located a mile to the beach, a newly decorated room in attractive Edwardian house. Near to the water sports centre, marina & SW coast path. 10 minute walk to the town centre, close to the Exe Estuary trail / Route 2 cycle path. Good base for visiting nearby Budleigh Salterton, Lympstone, Exeter. Garage storage for bicycles. High quality bed linen and towels. TV, Tea & Coffee facilities in bedroom. Continental breakfast included. Corner shop.

Tivoli Cottage, Weymouth, Dorset

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just a 5 minute walk to Weymouth Harbour with its Restaurants and Bars. A 5 minute walk to Newtons Cove and The beautiful Nothe Gardens and 10/15 minute walk to Weymouth's award winning Beach. Tivoli Cottage is located on a hill directly behind the Harbour and this may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
