The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, private balcony, and en suite bath. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony. The apartment has been thoroughly cleaned and meets all covid-19 standards.

Keep in mind this is a basement apartment and has its own private entrance around the back through the side alley next to the garage, does not have cooking capabilities, nevertheless, we have a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a small fridge. The first and second floor of the house is also an Airbnb. Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, smoking is permitted outdoors.
