The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

Conveniently located for easy travel to COTA for F1 and other events. Many of our guests choose to avoid the hussle and bustle of Austin when going to SXSW and ACL.

Our cozy Aframe cabin has 2 queen beds, and can sleep up to 4 adults. The interior has heat and a/c, Wi-Fi, TV, sofa, microwave, small fridge, and a sink. We have a beautiful, private outdoor shower and enclosed toilet. Also enjoy the walking trails that go through the woods around cabin. We know you will enjoy your stay!

This art studio is located only about three blocks from Lockhart's cute town square complete with Lockhart's famous barbecue and locally owned cafes, shops, and bars. Only 15 miles from the Formula One race track and 30 miles from Austin, you can be close to everything while getting out of the city hustle and bustle. On the other hand, Lockhart has plenty to offer, so you can also just come and enjoy relaxing in this cute slice of Texas.

The Package Store

Relax at this early 20th century former package store that now nestles among post oaks and pines on our family ranch in Bastrop County. The Package Store was built by my grandfather in the early 1930’s overlooking the Brazos River in the East Texas community of Washington-on-the-Brazos. “Old Washington,” as it is locally known, was the site of the signing of the Texas Declaration of Independence from Mexico on March 2, 1836.
