Sfeervolle woning in historisch centrum

In het Jekerkwartier, dichtbij het Centrum, in een van de oudste delen van de stad waar het riviertje de "Jeker" onder de staat doorloopt, bevindt zich ons, zeer rustig gelegen, woning. Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Our beautiful townhouse is situated in the heart of Maastricht, a wonderful place to pamper your palate, do some trendy shopping, or to simply wander about and explore the city’s old streets and alleys. You will feel right at home in this cozy holiday home, a monument from 1670 equipped with all modern comforts, featuring 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of eight, a study, and two bathrooms, spread over 3 floors, located within walking distance of everything that makes Maastricht so charming.

De Sint-Pietersberg is een heuvelplateau ten zuiden van Maastricht. Een unieke streek met pittoreske dorpjes, forten en kastelen en een uitzonderlijke natuur. Onderaan deze oase van rust, aan een gezellig pleintje, ligt ons huis. De landelijke wijk St. Pieter leent zich perfect voor een wandeling of fietstocht in het groen. Binnen 10 min. lopen bereikt u het historisch stadscentrum. In de wijk bruist het van restaurants en eetcafé's. Ook vindt u er een buurtcentrum met een supermarkt etc.

A light, airy guest suite in artist's turn of the century house, a few minutes' walk from historic centre, cafés, shops and restaurants. Suite is fully and tastefully equipped - accommodates 3 in comfort, privacy and style. Continental breakfast incl. Your quoted fee is complete, and includes all taxes. Your payment to Air Bnb will include the Maastricht city tourist tax of €3.78 per person per night, and 21% B.T.W.. There are no additional payments on arrival.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Gastenverblijf "Aan de Hoge Dijk", gelegen aan de oevers van de oude kanaaldijk, is de ideale uitvalsbasis om Maastricht en de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Ons tweepersoons gastenverblijf ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. Het gastenverblijf is geschikt voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfortabele ruimte om de stad te verkennen en/of de natuur op te zoeken.

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.

studio54 - in Ceramique - Close to all!

You will find studio54 in the trendy Wijck-Ceramique area of Maastricht. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.
