"Hoeve de Bies" mooie accommodatie met ontbijt

In 2019 hebben wij een gedeelte van onze monumentale boerderij geheel zelf verbouwd tot een mooie boerderijwoning; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo kunt u genieten van een heerlijk ontbijt met diverse eigengemaakte producten. Vanwege zijn ligging is Hoeve de Bies de ideale uitvalsbasis om de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Zo kunt u winkelen, cultuur opdoen in Valkenburg en Maastricht. Daarnaast zijn er mooie fiets- en wandelroutes om het Heuvelland te verkennen.

'Casa Sandra Elisa’ is een waanzinnig mooie vakantiewoning, pal langs het rustgevende kanaal in Vucht, onder een voormalige herberg in Maasmechelen. In het Cosa Mosa appartement word je 's morgens gewekt door het geluid van de watervogels. Het is een perfect startpunt voor fietsers, wandelaars, natuurliefhebbers die beide Limburgen willen ontdekken! Ideaal voor een fiets- gezins- of vriendenvakantie; ook als werkverblijf van expats. Dit prachtige kanaalhuis maakte de eigenares tot dichteres.

Dit gezellige 6-persoons vakantiehuis (75 m2) bevindt zich in een monumentale hoeve met nog 12 andere vakantiehuisjes, een restaurant, een sfeervol "cour-terras" en een speel- en picnic-weide. Het heeft een eigen terras met weids uitzicht over de vallei Rustig en kindvriendelijk, doch op slechts 10 min van het beroemde Valkenburg, 15 min van het 3-landen punt in Vaals en 20 min van Aken. Liggend midden in het natuurgebied "Land van Kalk" is er daarnaast veel te doen en te zien voor iedereen.

Die mit Liebe frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung ist das ehemalige Jagdzimmer des Anwesens. Neben altem Schiffsparkett schmückt eine Stuckdecke den großen, hellen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Through a private entrance you enter the kitchen / sitting room. Here you can cook, eat and spend the evening. Here are some original items that were used in the mine. You enter the bedroom through this living room. Behind a comfortable double bed you will see a photo wall of the former Staatsmijn Hendrik. Even the night lights are made from original miners helmets. Behind the bedroom is the bathroom and finally a small private garden .

Halfronde studio van 50 m2 met keuken en badkamer op Sint Pieter grenzend aan de Pietersberg en aan de Maas op 1000 meter van het centrum. Sfeervol atelier en grote buitenruimte voor gezamenlijk gebruik. Parkeren voor de deur (betaald) of gratis (op 50 meter afstand). Eigen ingang, badkamer met Bad en douche en wasmachine. Keuken met ijskast (gevuld met ontbijtspullen), en magnetron. iedere ochtend verse broodjes.
