Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Binnen een kleine 10 minuten met de auto bent u in het centrum van Maastricht. Met de bus bent u binnen 18 minuten in het centrum van Maastricht.

Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Possibility for short-stay & long-stay residency.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Gastenverblijf "Aan de Hoge Dijk", gelegen aan de oevers van de oude kanaaldijk, is de ideale uitvalsbasis om Maastricht en de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Ons tweepersoons gastenverblijf ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs.
