Nayon is a private farmstead in Alitagtag, Batangas, a scenic 2-hour (1.5 hr without traffic) drive from Manila. Our 2-bedroom, 150-sqm traditional Filipino house sits on a hill, overlooking a child-friendly pool and a wide space peppered with fruit trees and grazing animals. Each large, ensuite bedroom is furnished carefully with Filipino furniture and mementos from our family's travels. We built Nayon with generous areas for relaxing with friends & family, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Casa De Ligaya Anilao - Picture Perfect Sunsets

Welcome to Casa de Ligaya (House of Joy)! This is our "happy place" that lets you relax, enjoy the scenic view of the sea, and escape from the bustling urban life. The house is a two-storey modern rustic structure decorated with native wooden furniture. On the upper floor you have the common area and Ioft for people to hang out and rest. On the ground floor you have the living room, lounging area, and a separate private room. There is also a “casita” structure behind the main house.

Manzil Anilao Cosy 2 Br. Apartment in Anilao/For 4

The property is centrally located in the heart of Anilao, 2 minutes walk to and from the Tourism office, Anilao Port where you can hop on off boats to nearby islands, Anilao Market to shop fresh catch and produce, and near to the public beach, diving spots and nearby beach resorts in Anilao. During months of July-October, due to seasonality, this property can only offer accommodation services. The public beach (5 mins. walk from the property) is not advisable to visit due to monsoon.

The room open to the balcony where comfortable seats are available. Tiled bathroom contains the toilet and hot shower. Kitchenette is equipped with mini refrigerator, microwave oven, cookware , utensils, and electric kettle .
