The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Welcome to our dreamy guest suite, complete with a huge private deck! This modern space is the perfect home base for your trip to ATL. The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the Edgewood / Candler Park MARTA train station and a 10 minute drive to Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm arena, museums and theaters in Midtown, and world-class restaurants in Decatur. This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Lots of peace and quiet, and we are frequently gone and don't keep up much noise. Located in the historic Agnes Scott College neighborhood , the house is conveniently located between S Candler and S McDonough which leads into City of Decatur. Inviting front porch is shared between main house and suite. Lots of conveniences available, fast Wifi (20 MBPS). Comfortable King Bed with a dresser, closets, W/D and a wall mounted desk. Light filled bathroom has a large shower. The sitting room has a fold out sofa best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.
