Elphin is a warm, stylish studio with views from all windows over a beautiful little valley facing north and east, terraced gardens, native ferns and a sunny deck. As you lie in your cozy bed you can watch the trees and birds from beautiful large windows in three different directions. Please do note that if you have any challenges at all with mobility, Elphin is not recommended.

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden.
