House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification). Closeby to the main street of Kyneton which features the historic Piper St hub and local attractions.

Charmingly eccentric, very comfortable and spacious two-bedroom shack set in an elegant sweep of hedged garden shaded by a giant pin-oak tree. Lounge in summer shade or snuggle by the fire in winter. All the quiet and privacy of a country cottage only two minutes' stroll to the V-Line railway station, five minutes more to the cafes, pubs, regular markets and shops of Woodend village and a network of gorgeous nature walks.

The Architect designed and Master Built passive solar home is set in a large and secluded garden amongst local black gums and natives of the area, it makes the perfect getaway. A 2 ½ block walk has you in the centre of town where you can find restaurants, cafes, and local boutiques.

Casa Rosita is close to great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the outdoors space away from traffic noise, yet handy to 3 towns in the area. The nursery directly opposite has a café with good coffee and cakes. There's plenty of wood for the open fire and the hydronic system, which heats the whole place during winter.
