Cozy apartment in the heart of Skopje - Old bazaar

Without trying to sound cliche, but this cute apartment is really in the HEART of Skopje. Right next to the famous Old Bazaar, with a huge variety of shops, craft arts and many restaurants offering traditional macedonian food. In case you get bored of the Old bazaar you just cross the "Stone Brigde"(oldest in Skopje) and you will arrive at the square "Macedonia", where the statue of "Alexander the Great" will caught your attention straight away! Don`t hesitate and book, promise you won`t regret!

Marmaraki

The house is located under the picturesque rocks of Meteora, in the beautiful village Kastraki. The area is called Marmaro or Marmaraki, which is where the house gets it's name. The house is close to public transportation, about 200 meters away from the central area of the village. Bakeries, groceries, tavern-restaurants and a drugstore are very close by (about 50-100 meters). The town of Kalambaka is within walking distance. The house is also close to the great monasteries of Meteora.

You turn West of the flat and “Bunarzik” (The Liberation Hill) is smiling at you, you turn South and at the end of the street you reach the biggest and most beautiful garden of Plovdiv “Tsar Simeon’s Garden”. You take East and you find yourself on the Main pedestrian Street, the Old Town and the bohemian Kapana district.

Το σπιτικό της Δάφνης

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Καλαμαριάς (20 λεπτά από το κέντρο με το λεωφορείο). Είναι στο ισόγειο και έχει μια ήσυχη αυλή που βλέπει σε ακάλυπτο. Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο με πλυντήριο για ρούχα, μεγάλο σαλόνι και δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια. Μπορεί άνετα να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα (ένα 2πλο κρεβάτι και 2 μονά). Η πολυκατοικία είναι μικρή και εγώ διαμένω δύο ορόφους πιο πάνω για ό,τι χρειαστείτε.

Απλό ζεστό και λιτό δυαράκι με κλιματισμό στον τελευταίο όροφο της πολυκατοικίας στο κέντρο της πόλης ,με μπαλκονάκι και τέντα σε μία ήσυχη πλευρά της οικοδομής . 150 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία της Κομοτηνής . Φούρνος στα 20 μέτρα, πιτσαρία στην ίδια οικοδομή ,παραδοσιακό καφενείο αλλά και διάφορες καφετέρειες και μπουγατσατζίδικα στα 50 μέτρα. Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις και ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή.
