Ahşap yapıya sahip binamız, 3 dönüm bahçe içerisindeki eski yaĝ fabrikasi bahcesinde yine bu antik binanin arka kisminda, denize sifir yerleskesi olan bir koydedir.Kendine ait portakal ve mandalina ağaçları bulunan ve çim alanla kaplı yaklaşık 150 metrekarelik bir bahçesi bulunmaktadır. Isıtma ve soğutma için split kliması vardır.Bahçeyi sinirlayan çitleri mevcut. Evimizde 4 kişilik yatak kapasitesi mevcuttur.

The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans.
