These vistas filter into the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, as well as all 3 bedrooms with 3x Queens beds. A spa ensuite adds a touch of luxury to the main bedroom, with a stylish main bathroom servicing the remaining rooms. When not soaking up the natural beauty from the alfresco balcony, residents can enjoy access to an onsite pool and gym.

The Garden Shed

Once a 1950's built carport, now a cosy cabin within a garden. It's unique, it's artistic, it oozes creativity and it was built almost entirely by us. The main room features a comfortable queen bed, a Smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, and a few other appliances. Through the french doors your find a small outdoor cooking station, sink and a bar. A few metres further into the heart of the garden you have your own cute little pergola with a table for two.

This room has the views! Unwind and relax in this modern space that provides you with all the comforts from home. Featuring a kitchenette, you'll find preparing meals a breeze. We are a short 10 min drive to Cape Hillsborough beach to experience the wallabies at Sunrise.! Our holiday units offer an affordable beach holiday, where you can enjoy a cold drink and relax in our rear gardens while preparing a meal in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, all set within a relaxed intimate setting.
