Delightful Cabin near Nahanni National Park

This beautiful off-grid trappers cabin will transport you to nostalgic days of old. Located in the small homesteading community of Lindberg Landing, this is a popular destination for camping on the Nahanni River in the summer, hunters in the fall, and aurora chasers in the winter. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This is an off-grid cabin with no plumbing and a simple generator for power. Drinking water is provided, but you will need to use the outhouse and there is no shower.

Located halfway between the airport and town, our home is located on scenic Shell Lake. A five minute drive into Inuvik, this rural home is situated a stone's throw from the lake and is a tranquil space to base your adventures from. Here for the northern lights during the winter? Our road has no streetlights making for ideal aurora viewing. Have a SUP or other unmotorized water craft? Shell Lake is beautiful to explore from the water.

Warm and welcoming home. While the overall house may be shared with myself & my scaredy-cat, you will have the peace & privacy of multiple private spaces off the upstairs hallway to relax and unwind while you visit Inuvik. The house is located a 5 min walk from the Hospital and a 10-15 min walk to the main town stores. Come let this stay be your home away from home.

Magundy Getaway 2

This cozy little cabin is nestled in the Magundy River Valley between Faro and Little Salmon Lake. The Magundy River is close by (8 min walk), more hiking trails nearby.
