Centrally located, downtown, 800 sq. ft. heated solarium suite - bedroom, living room, small bathroom and kitchenette (toaster oven, microwave, electric frypan, mini fridge - not a full kitchen) and sleeper couch, attached to the back of my home. Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. Solarium is full of plants. Beautiful front water view plus gardens.

During your stay enjoy free use of kayaks, paddle boat, tubes, swing and fire pit (with free firewood) at waters edge.

The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Cabin has 2 twin size beds in the loft and a full size bed on main floor. Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Conveniently located 6 miles out of Mackinaw City for easy access to Shopping, Mackinac Island ferries, International Dark Sky Park, Wilderness State Park and Sturgeon Bay Beach. The cabin is very close to The North Country Trail & The North Western State Biking & Snowmobiling Trail. Property includes full access to cabin, fire pit, charcoal grill and yard. Located in a separate part of the park for privacy, a short walk to the 2 private restrooms and showers reserved for our yurt guests only is required.
