This is an almost new home with all new electrical appliances. The house boasts a large living/dining area, as well as 3 big bedrooms. Enjoy the natural light and summer breeze throughout the whole house with the ducted air conditioning. The property is a hop, skip and jump off the beach and has an amazing outdoor shower for you to enjoy upon return. Local cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants are very close.
