Please Note: This property is not accessible with trailers or boats because of the tight turns on the road in. It is no problem for standard size cars or pickups. Come enjoy our Mountain Getaway nestled in The Nantahala National Forest and only 3 miles from Main St. in Franklin. You will enjoy quiet solitude after a full day of hiking, biking, white water rafting, or viewing some of our many waterfalls. Your GPS will get you to our door but feel free to call if further directions are needed.

Adorable & freshly renovated cabin located in a private wooded community between Highlands and Franklin in the Nantahala National Forest. Our light & airy cabin is nestled on almost 4 acres of woodsy, mountainous terrain and is private and picturesque, yet still convenient to town. We love relaxing on the front porch, surrounded by nature and enjoying the sounds of the streams & views of the mountains. Cute Cabin on the Creek near Dillsboro

This aptly named cabin is as cute as they come, tastefully decorated with rustic and antique pieces. Offering hand hewn logs, wide plank knotty pine floors and large wood burning fireplace. The sounds from the creek can be heard inside the cabin, the wraparound deck or the 600 feet of creek frontage ideal for fishing, relaxing or wading in the cool clean mountain water. This fisherman's paradise offers fishing right in the back yard or just a few miles down the road is Tuckaseegee River.

Go directly to YouTube and search for "Misty Laurel" for several videos. Three levels with a bedroom and bath on each level. Each bedroom has a queen or king size bed. In the lower level, that bedroom has an additional daybed with a trundle. There is no sofa bed in either living area.

A Great Riverbend Escape

This beautiful property is located just a 1/4 mile nature hike to the Little Tennessee River to take a quiet walk and gaze at the river. Only 3.5 miles from downtown Franklin, gem mining close by, as well as Nantahala Outdoor Center for rafting 1 hour away. So much to see and do for all ages.
