Amazing sea view from the garden

Our beautiful house, completely remodeled and refurnished in 2012 and is located in the upper part of the country. The whole building enjoys the stunning view of the La Maddalena Archipelago! It is an apartment of 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a french bed), one bathroom with shower, a large living room, kitchen and a garden of 100 square meters equipped with deck chairs, veranda with table and chairs to dine admiring the stunning sea views over La Maddalena Archipelago.

La casa e' situata in pieno centro, vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni del luogo (porto, ristoranti, supermarket). E' stata ristrutturata due anni fa, e' ben arredata e gode di una bellissima vista mare dal terrazzo. E' dotata di aria condizionata, wifi gratuito e park privato. Portorotondo è una delle località più' famose della Costa smeralda. Il suo porto e' punto di attrazione di numerosi yacht appartenenti ad un jet set internazionale. Nel periodo estivo si propongono numerosi eventi.
