PET FRIENDLY!!! "RAZOR RIDGE RETREAT" / "A LITTLE SLICE OF AUSTRIA" is the first of its kind in the Razorback area. It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Bespoke Living

Our colourful quirky cottage is located North in Bulli and easily accessible to both Thirroul and Bulli villages. The house three bedrooms, operational fireplace renovated full kitchen and bathroom with a bath. Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Minutes from beaches, cafes and boutique bars.

Come stay in our charming, homely unit in Thirroul. With plenty of free on-street parking, leave the car and stroll down the hill to the many thriving coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Take a short walk or drive to the beautiful nearby beaches. Centrally located, the unit is walking distance from express trains and buses. It is just 1 hour to Sydney or 15 mins to Wollongong. Kim's Place - private beach/ocean view apartment

If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony
