Villa Lara is a fabulous modern single story three bedroom villa in the sought after area of Arco da Calheta. Lovely ocean and mountains views, sun terraces with a large private heated salt water pool and space for outside dining. There is an open plan fully fitted kitchen with a dining table for formal dining, leading to a comfortable sitting area with television with sliding doors leading outside. Facilities include aircon, heating, WIFI and parking. Approx. 10 minutes to Calheta beach. Fabulous spacious, light and modern 3 bedroom villa thoughtfully designed to maximize sun exposure and privacy. Fully fitted kitchen with all the required equipment to make you feel like you're at home. Large master bedroom with luxurious en-suite bathroom. Villa Lara is located centrally in Arco da Calheta with access to local amenities including various supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants and a pharmacy. Approx 10 minutes drive from the Villa and you'll be at Calheta Beach where you can enjoy the golden sand, several restaurants and book whale and dolphin watching tours. Villa Lara is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids (cot & highchair can be provided)), and big groups. Villa Lara is set in a peaceful location ideal for walking the levadas (unmissable walks in Calheta include Paul da Serra, Rabacal (to Risco Waterall & 25 Fontes), Levada Nova and the Prazeres to Paul do Mar walk) and is close to a bus route. The property is approximately 30 minutes drive to Funchal and 45 minutes from the airport. A car is recommended so you can explore the island at your convenience. If you wish to book a private transfer with our local partners, please contact us in advance (which will be cheaper than taking a taxi direct from the airport).

Palheiro do Covão cottage.

Cottage located by the mountains of Câmara de Lobos in Madeira Island, with a view to the Atlantic ocean and to the west coast of Funchal. The house is just for you and your companion. You will not have to share it with other persons. From June 2025: Now with a private parking spot in a flat area, about 250m from the house. Wifi internet in all the house. Cable TV service in the living room. Please read carefully all informations before booking. Here you can relax and connect with nature.

"Just Nature 1" Madeira Island -Boaventura

"Just nature 1" is located in Boaventura-S. Vicente An ideal place for walking wrapped in protected Laurisilva, where the only sound you can hear is the sound of the birds! Absorb the amazing views of the northen part of Madeira island, and meet the insides of the Laurissilva by going on walk in "Levada da Origem", located at 100 meters from the house. Near the house there is also a minimarket, where you can meet Mr. José, ask for the local drink, and get to know a bit more about Boaventura.

O nosso conceito é a natureza no seu estado mais puro, desligando das tecnologias e do stress do dia a dia. Para poder desfrutar e interagir com a natureza na sua plenitude, retiramos dos abrigos todas as tecnologias, nomeadamente Wi-Fi e televisão. Apenas a receção tem Wi-fi. Os nossos abrigos ficam situados dentro do Parque Ecológico do Funchal, com uma área de 8 km2. O Parque possui vários percursos pedestres recomendados, Canyoning, um percurso de Enduro BTT, entre outras atividades.

House with superb sun exposure, peaceful and stunning views over the sea and the mountain. Has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed), a complete bathroom. On the ground floor open space with kitchen / living and dining room and toilet. Furniture and careful decoration. Outside enjoy the garden and the pleasant dining space with incredible views of the sea. The barbecue, mini-pool and shower complete your well-being.

Tropical Lovers - Levada & Bananas cliff

A magnificent place with a superb view over the sea. In a locality known for banana trees plantation. Very quiet and pleasant you can find the beaches within 5min and all the other services you need. Perfect for resting and recuperating energies during your visits to the island. Near the house you will find a levada walk with great view over the fabulous mountainous landscapes of the west. The house is full of sunshine, natural light and good energy for you. Jacuzzi (extra fee 40€)

"Cabana Papaya" South Coast

"Cabana Papaya" and "Cabana Mango" is a 2017 construction with wonderful view over the valley and Atlantic ocean. Surrounded of tropical trees, in the warmest south coast of Madeira in a very quiet and green environment. Each one can accommodate max. 2 persons. Original are the tree trunks , one can see from in- and outside. From the kitchen/living room you have a wonderful view to the garden and the Atlantic ocean. A ideal place to relax and enjoy silence ! 80m over sea level.
