We are just 3 miles to Bouckville Antiques, & 6 miles to Hamilton NY, Colgate University. Great food & parks 20-minutes from cabin. Relax - enjoy a good read on the screened-in porch. Watch the sunrise or sunset on waterfront deck. Speak to nature, enjoy an evening fire. Great place for a couples retreat. Your bed is a comfortable sleeper sofa—photos in where you sleep section.

We now have new living room furniture, two bathrooms with showers and a 1/2 bath along with a 16x30 deck! Also, as of summer 2018, we have a better lakefront that's bigger, more private and has wildlife galore for you nature lovers. In 2019, we installed a 18x36 pool ready to go WEATHER PERMITTING by Memorial Day weekend!!!!
