Our lake house sits atop the levee and overlooks beautiful Eagle Lake, one of the largest oxbows in Mississippi and a popular destination for anglers and hunters alike. We’re located just a few miles from the Phil Bryant & Mahanna WMAs. We’re located about 30-mins from the historic City of Vicksburg. Delta National Wildlife Refuge, Chotard & Albermarle lakes, and many Mississippi Delta blues attractions are also just a short drive away. It's the perfect place to relax with family & friends!

The Cottage on Dewitt

Find your home away from home with us in our charming home nestled in the historic Fostoria Neighborhood. The Cottage on Dewitt is centrally located and is located just around the corner from the beautiful Fannie Willis Johnson Home, also known as Oak Hall B&B. You can explore antique shops, museums, and national historic sites, like the Vicksburg National Military Park. You will want to check out some of the nearby restaurants, casinos and indulge in everything that the city has to offer.

Locust Street Cottage

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Built in 1830 and lovingly renovated for now, it’s a slice of Vicksburg’s past. The Old Courthouse museum is visible from the back courtyard and the historic downtown is just a short walk. There’s a brewery and several unique restaurants just a few blocks away in the downtown with fun shopping close by. Casinos and the National Military Park are just a short drive. Has a desk, if needed and internet provided.

Welcome to your weekend getaway at Eagle Lake! This 3 bed 1 bath cabin can sleep 6 adults. Located right on the lake with wonderful views and a private pier. A community boat ramp is only a few doors down. The cabin itself features a fully stocked kitchen, cozy sunroom with windows along the entire back wall providing great views of the sunset! Also, your morning coffee on the roomy back deck or front porch. Great fishing and beautiful sunsets await! Excellent local hunting as well.

Some of these include Phil Bryant WMA, Sunflower WMA (Delta National Forest), Mahannah WMA, and Twin Oaks WMA.

Black Bear Lake House

Beautiful waterfront lake home located on Poverty Point Reservoir. Our home is located near Poverty Point State Park, Black Bear Golf Course, and Poverty Point World Heritage Site. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Come enjoy our lakefront home on Eagle Lake and one of the best spots on the lake! We have lake views from almost every spot in the house and plenty of yard area to play on! Our home is 3600 sf and located directly on Eagle Lake. When you're not enjoying the lake, enjoy relaxing on the oversized deck or sitting by the fire pit at night. We are located approximately 14 miles from downtown Vicksburg, MS. Enjoy shopping, fine dining and many local tourist attractions in downtown.
