Enjoy a drink while sitting in the living room, looking out over Monona Bay & the Capital. What is better?--the view, or your proximity to downtown, UW campus, & the Alliant Center? Most mention the view. (Read some reviews!) Grill out and light the fire pit on the front lawn. Cross the street, and you're at the edge of Monona Bay. Parking is easy. Staying in a dome amidst nature is a unique experience. The circular structure offers an amazing view of the surroundings, with peaceful sounds of rustling leaves, chirping birds, and a flowing river below. The cozy dome has a queen size bed, night stands, a seating area, mini fridge, and a k-cup coffee maker & heater/ac. At night, the starry sky and nature's sounds lull you to sleep. We are a short walk from UW-Madison, Hospitals, State Street & the Capitol. We have a dog, Bella, who stay upstairs, but you could see her wandering outside. We have been inspected & are licensed with the city. ZTRHP1-2020-00027. Ask us prior to arrival about availability of our high-quality mid-drive ebikes to use when you stay!

Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa with public lake access. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the Yahara bike path, access to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Spacious, open living room. Open concept kitchen with butcher block countertops. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.

Enjoy spectacular sunsets and views of the 10,000 acre lake from the north shore. Fish, hunt, boat, ski, swim, snowmobile, or simply soak up the sun and take in the view from this quiet retreat on a dead-end street. In addition to being in the Willy Street neighborhood, we are on the bike path and a short walk to anywhere downtown. Don't feel like going out? Take a hot tub, sauna, paddle board, have a cup of coffee on the dock, or roast marshmallows by the campfire. Or rent our pontoon (Friday through Sunday) for an additional fee.

Vast Lake Koshkonong Views from Pier, Deck, & Home

Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.

Relax in this cozy cabin on the lake. Fish, hike or even swim (after a short canoe/kayak paddle); just like being Up-North without the drive! Use our canoe or kayaks or bring your own. Cook indoors or out. Near Sugar River Trailhead, Headgates Park and Three Waters Reserve. A few miles away from tubing on the Sugar River. An hour from Madison and 30 minutes from Beloit, Monroe or Janesville. Previously listed by Betty and under her same great management!
