This House is located in a quiet neighborhood one block off Main street here in Beaver Dam, KY. Enjoy a nice cozy country home while you visit. It is fully finished so you will feel right home. The property sits on a corner lot with access from both streets. The house has a front porch for lazy evening to catch some fresh air. You can pull right up underneath the carport for easy access to the back door for entry. The home offers a nice yard and fire pit. You are minutes from stores/ food.

Peaceful Retreat

Close to downtown Madisonville, Kentucky Sports Factory/Sports Plex and one mile from Mahr park (walking trails, picnic pavilions, kayak launch,etc). Private backyard with patio, table/chairs and BBQ grill. Home has Smart TV w/ streaming channels, DVD player, WiFi, Keurig and drip coffee, toaster, pots, pans, cookie sheet, mixing bowls, etc. One queen bed, one king, single over full bunk and single day bed. Full size inflatable mattress upon request. Bedrooms are upstairs. No smoking. No pets.

Roos&Blues lake house at the city park. Rm for 6

This home 🏡 offers a tranquil place next to the city park and view of lake. Home offers 2 large bedrooms both with king size beds. Each bedroom has their own heating and air with ozone cleaning to assist in the cleanest air we can provide. The living room offers a new queen sleeper sofa. Our kitchen is stocked many cooking appliances and pantry items but no stove or oven. Upon request we provide bikes, games, grills, memory foam top for sofa bed and most anything you need for infants/toddlers.

Water’s Edge (No cleaning/Pet Fees)

Waters edge is a cabin on beautiful Lake Malone in Western KY. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, hiking, boating, and just relaxing. Cabin has over 200ft lake frontage, and is one of the most desirable spots on the lake, directly across Shady Cliff Marina. We love our 4-legged family, and your furry friends are just as important to us! Pets allowed for free with prior notice. We’re so happy to have you considering our lovely Water’s Edge. Whippoorwill Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located just two miles from the city, this fourth generation 1933 farmhouse has been recently remodeled inside and out. Enjoy relaxing in the enclosed front porch or the wrap around deck with views of the 180-acre working crop farm. Guests can enjoy a nice stroll around the farm, drop a line in the stocked pond, and spend time around the fire talking and roasting smore's. Ask your host about group events and hayrides around the farm.

The Bluegrass House

Welcome y'all! Serene hot tub, fenced-in back yard (2-dog limit, extra charge). Airport shuttle (separate fee). Nestled near parks, 3 miles from Edge Ice/Sports Arena. Located close to everything in Madisonville and a short walk to downtown. Only about a 5 minute drive to most parks, hospitals and all the local spots downtown. Minutes from the Kentucky Sports Factory and Elmer Kelly Stadium. 25-30 minutes to Dawson Springs and the beautiful scenery at Pennyrile State Park. Ideal for traveling nurses, co ops at local factories or those traveling for family events, wedding weekends, and visiting friends. Smoking and vaping on the property is not allowed.

Lakefront home with private 2 slip dock

This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

Entire Waterfront Home - 6 Bed/4.5 Baths

This place has got it all. From the amazing lake front views & access, a private dock, space for several families to sleep and seating to dine. Did we mention we have an extra slip at our dock for your boat? We have an amazing deck, water toys, plenty of board games, and a fire pit. Our home is directly across the bay from the beautiful Lake Barkley Resort where you can put in 18 holes of golf, take the kids horseback riding, or relax with a few cocktail in the restaurant or bar.

The Farm

Step away from the fast pace of daily life and enjoy family, friends and the peace of country living. Secluded modern farm house, that began as a log cabin, situated on approximately 100 acres of crop fields and includes a scenic lake. This property has been in our family for over 100 years. It has been lovingly furnished and decorated for a one of a kind stay. We want our guests to unplug, refresh, and renew.
