Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Il Rustikino

Lovely rustic house, completely restored according to ecological principles and with local materials. The house consists of 3 floors: on the ground floor is the bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor is the dining area with fireplace and kitchen with the covered terrace. The 2nd floor attic bright room suitable for relaxation. From the garden you reach the square, where you can park for free and where there are restaurants. In 5 minutes you are by the river with its bathing beaches.

Euer eigener Weiler: 2 Rustici an der Verzasca

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Chalet La Barona

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Situata a Dunzio, piccolo paesino all’inizio della Vallemaggia, raggiungibile tramite strada forestale ad una corsia, che costeggia la montagna soprastante il paese di Aurigeno. Luogo di partenza per escursioni a piedi e per gli amanti della montagna. Qui potrete godere di tranquillità e pace immersi nella natura con una splendida vista sulla vallata.

Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Vorschriften des Kantons Tessin darf ich max. 6 Erwachsene beherbergen). Ruhig im Wald gelegen, mit Auto erreichbar, Parkplätze vorhanden. Einfaches Steinhaus mit fliessend Warmwasser, vollständig ausgerüsteter Küche, aber kein Geschirrspüler und keine Waschmaschine. Heizung bei Bedarf mit Gas, Elektroofen oder Holz. WLAN vorhanden, kein TV.

Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

The apartment is located in a two-family house, in the center of Maggia located on the 2nd floor. Ground floor: entrance with built-in wardrobes, living room with sofa, TV and WIFI internet. Fully furnished kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. 1st floor: there are two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds and a small toilet. The price includes bed linen, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, WI-FI. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Romantica casetta rustica in un’oasi di natura. “La Casina” è una piccola casa indipendente con bagno completamente rinnovato, cucina-zona giorno con stufa a legna, due camere da letto comunicanti (bisogna passare nella camera 1 per accedere alla camera 2), terrazza coperta e pergola ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Parcheggio privato riservato per 1 auto a 50 metri. Massimo 4 persone: per la sua struttura la casa è adatta a una coppia o a una famiglia.
