Lakefront Cabin is 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake is lowered in the winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish).Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one with tub/shower and the other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to the lake. We have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”

Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the river. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.

Bear Cabin at The Natural State Cabins

Nestled on the edge of Hot Springs just minutes from downtown, Oaklawn, and the Gulpha Gorge our Natural State Cabins were designed with you in mind. The Bear Cabin is one of four unique cabins which offers three bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a quaint trail for the kids and a shared game area and fire pit. The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
