(120 sq.m. top floor,50sq.m middle floor and 70 sq.m. on ground floor apartment) Breathtaking views of Pelion, Trikeri. 3 independent garden areas (one by the beach and one on the rear with parking space for 2 cars). Sleeps 12 persons (7 on the top,2 on middle & 3 on the ground floor apartment). 3 bathrooms and 1 WC in the whole villa.

Also there are stairs from the house leading to a private small beach, which is usually secluded as it is accessible by swimmers only from the sea.
