On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

It is located in the coastal village of Platanidia of Pelion which is only 15 minutes from the center of Volos and less than an hour from the rest of the picturesque villages of Pelion. The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Comfy apartment near the center of Volos.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο του Βόλου, πλησίον ΟΣΕ και ΚΤΕΛ. Και πολύ κοντά στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό!!!!Επισης πολύ κοντά στο λιμανι!!Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο πρώτο όροφο διπλοκατοικίας, η πρόσβαση σε αυτό γίνεται μέσω σκάλας.
