Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Cheerful cottage with access to Lake Memphremagog past main house. Large deck on lakefront shared with owner, as well as canoe and double kayak. Clean, sandy-bottomed lake is great for kids and shallow many feet from shore. Nature walks out front door, plus access to bicycle and mountain bike trails. Great fishing with easy motor boat input nearby. Half hour from Jay Peak's summer activities. Reliable WiFi. Cottage has loft with king bed. Living area has futon which converts to double bed.

Beautiful log wood cottage with a cathedral roof and a wood stove, located right on the shores of Lac Desmarais in Estrie. The dock is the ideal spot for relaxing. The private lake is a protected area (no gas-powered motors allowed) and is brimming with trout and other species of fish each year. A paddle board, canoe and kayak will be at your disposal.
