Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! 30 minutes to Popham Beach, this is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Owners live on property with small dog. Best for 2 adults.

Stylish, spacious 1 bedroom apartment with separate entrance. On 2nd floor, 1 flight up. Air conditioning in the bedroom only. 1.5 blocks from the Kennebec River, a short walk to downtown Bath, Saturday farmers' market and restaurants... a 20 minute drive to some of Maine's most stunning beaches. Just 15 minutes to Brunswick, 20 minutes to Freeport and 45 minutes to downtown Portland. A perfect base for college visits (Bates and Bowdoin), overnight travel breaks, or exploring the midcoast!

Gorgeous riverside studio, the smaller of two AirBnB houses on the same property on the outskirts of beautiful and historic Bath, Maine. (The other, “Beautiful Summer River Retreat,” is a separate Airbnb rental.) Kitchenette, bathroom/shower, living room, and bedroom. Simple, modern decor. Close to great shops, restaurants, and beaches, and just a 20-minute drive from Bowdoin College. Adjacent to a boat launch, and a short walk from the Bath Marine Museum and a scenic dog park.

Serene, Spacious & Private Apt. near downtown Bath

"A bright star among Airbnbs" & "one of our favorite Airbnbs of all time" is how guests have described this spacious apartment with private entrance. Our space is a good match for quiet guests, as Erika works from home (we live upstairs). We honor guests' privacy while creating a special stay for you. LGBTQI+friendly. Max. 2 adults. No pets. Infants welcome but the apartment is not babyproof. No cigarettes on the property, but smoking (legal) weed on the porch is fine.

Our two story in-law suite is new. This one bedroom is perfect for a family or a quiet romantic retreat. Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch. Unfortunately, as much as we love furry family members, due to health risks for our family we are not able to host animals including service dogs. ❤️ 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 💕
