A flat scenic walk or cycle will take you along the Brook stream into town or continue up the valley and you will discover the Brook valley Bird sanctuary. Our location is perfect for mountain bikers, as we are at the base of the Dun Mountain Trails and Coppermine tracks. The Cabin is brand new, fully insulated and purpose built for visitors any time of the year. Warm, cozy and nestled in a quiet garden.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

A peaceful spacious room for women to relax (or adventure out) in a quiet street close to CBD. Own entrance, shower & toilet. Double bed and comfortable king-single fold down futon. Listed for one person, please inquire regarding extra guests. Bay window with lovely garden outlook, plenty of storage, and space for you to prepare and enjoy breakfast or snacks. As I am taking extra care with cleaning in these Covid times, my expectation is that you will be vaccinated.

The entire apartment has recently been renovated, offering a fresh new look, comfy bed, full kitchen and laundry facilities, and free tea and coffee, making your stay enjoyable and easy. The 'Retreat': is a family run designer studio flat with access to a cottage garden, inviting you to sit out and relax in...seasonal honey from our own beehive. Tucked away and private at the foot the Grampians it's just 10 minute walk to the heart of Nelson city. Great spot for mountain bikers, trampers and workshop attenders. Ask if you have any questions- entry time, one night,extra bed. Currently no pets allowed, garden is unsuitable presently.

You’ll love my place because of the quiet neighbourhood and the outdoors space including the Maitai River. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are situated beside the river 10 minutes walk from Nelson's CBD, surrounded by native trees and close to beautiful parks.

No smoking within the property please. The unit is ideal for short stay visitors who are happy to dine out. Air fryer, Electric fry pan, Microwave, electric jug, cutlery, plates etc. Tea, Coffee, Milk, Juice and Breakfast cereal provided. Dining table but no washing machine. Compact, Self contained, clean, quiet, comfortable and 10 mins walk to City Centre. Surrounded by trees but still has a unique uninterrupted view of the Port and City.

We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.
