Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Makarska old town center

The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.

Apartment with seaview only 100m from the beach

Very cosy apartment-studio only 100 meters from the beach big balcony with seaview. Medium sized, 2nd floor, two bedrooms(two double beds) each with AC and two bathrooms. Small but equiped kitchen with stove, water kettle and microvawe, coffee machine, frying pans, etc.. IMPORTANT Parking in front of the house is free, but it is public and not reserved, so if on move with a car it is advisable to park on private parking lot only 3 min from the house FREE OF CHARGE for my guests.

This accommodation is suitable for families and is located in the city center, so all amenities will be on your short walk distance. Nearby is the main market and the cathedral of St. Marko (100m), Makarska port and promenade with numerous restaurants and cafes (150m), recreation center and shell museum (200m). A beautiful pebble beach, covered with large pine trees that create the necessary shade in the summer heat, is located at a distance of 350 m.
