House with stylish interior at the waterfront

The house is located in Woudsend. It is a luxourious house which is located between similar houses with a private jetty. The jetty is 7 meters long, where you can put your own boat in front of. The garden contains a sheltered tarrace which gives you a bit of privacy when you have your meal outside. The other terrace contains 2 loungers for some relaxing time. When entering the house at the ground floor you start in the hall, near the hall there is a separate toilet. When continuing your walk to the living room there is an open kitchenspace, which makes it comfortable to cook together. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used as if it is your own kitchen at home. The kitchen has all cooking materials as well as a microwave, oven and dishwasher. The living room contains a fireplace, for the colder days. The living room contains a read and sitting area with a television. Via the hall you can enter also the bedroom with 2 single beds and a little bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. Two bedrooms contain a double bed and one bedroom contains a single bed. Furthermore there is a second bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower, toilet and a bath. You can bring your own linen or you can rent a linen package including towels -25 euro PP Other facilities are a washing machine, a dryer and you can make use of two bikes. Two kids seats can be attached to the bikes if preferred. ***** One of the great advantages of this house is the fence which can be placed at the waterfront. As I have little grandkids I know the needs of this fence. The fence is placed within minutes and is safe (it is an official approved fence in France). ***** No entry for individuals under the age of 28 years.

Ons vakantiehuis is gelegen op de prachtigste en rustigste plek aan de rand van recreatiepark 'De Krim' met uitzicht op de 18-holes golfbaan en de duinen van Texel. Dit huis is in 2015 volledig verbouwd en gerenoveerd en biedt veel luxe en comfort en is heerlijk vertoeven zowel in de zomer als winter periode. * Veiliger is altijd eerst een bericht te sturen voor boeking. Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Everyone will be happy in this family-friendly park. In the colder seasons you can relax in the in-house sauna or sit comfortably in front of the fireplace.
