Cozy lake house retreat, able to sleep up to 5. Walking distance to the lake that includes boat ramp, fishing dock, swimming area and parking. Large deck great for entertaining, recently added concrete driveway and side walk. New gazebo on front deck for those lazy days of relaxing along with taking in nature and the lake life pace. If you've ever wanted to experience living in a tiny home while fishing from the backyard come stay here! The second bedroom is a beautiful loft in this 6 year old 900 sq ft lakefront retreat. Cute Athens is only 5 miles away, and Canton's First Monday is 30 miles away. After a fun day of fishing, kayaking, SUP races, swimming in the lake, pedal boating, feeding the ducks, cornhole, or frisbee throwing enjoy a gorgeous east TX sunset with your favorite beverage and then a fire with s'mores.
