Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Välkommen till vårt hus i Vallda Sandö! Här har du närhet till naturen och havet och kan du koppla av och njuta av sommaren med familj och vänner. Huset har plats för upp till 6 personer och på tomten finns det gott om plats för lek och spel, och det finns även en altan där du kan njuta av solen och utsikten. Sandö är en fantastisk plats att besöka under sommaren med gott om aktiviteter, såsom bad, fiske, vandring och golf. Exempel på golf inom 10min: Vallda GCC, Kungsbacka GK och Forsgården.

Dubbla TM finns i tvättstugan. Trädgården med många uteplatser & en stor gräsmatta erbjuder avkoppling och lek! Uteköket på altanen har ved/gasal- pizzaugn, grill. Vid uteköket finns jacuzzin som rymmer 8-10personer. Uterummet att nyttja kalla kvällar alt. regntunga dagar. 2 golfbanor i närheten. 2 elbilsladdare ingår

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Njut av fantastisk havsutsikt och ett rofyllt läge, för familjer och stora sällskap. Från den stora gräsmattan har ni direkt tillgång till SUP-paddling. Promenera fem minuter till småbåtshamnen vid Lahall för bad och strand, eller promenera längs havet och njut av den vackra naturen. Villan och dess omgivningar erbjuder utmärkta möjligheter för gemensamma aktiviteter, och i närområdet finns golf- och tennisbanor. Perfekt utgångspunkt för att upptäcka Halland och Västkusten, oavsett årstid!

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Terrace with dining area (barbecue) with sea views directly outside the kitchen. Walking distance to several bathing spots around the area. 4 miles to Gothenburg, 1.9 miles to Kungsbacka.

I den här havsnära lägenheten i en villa i avskilt läge kan ni njuta av sol och salta bad på er semester. Promenadavstånd på 10 min till en fin vik med badplats och bryggor. Samma avstånd till Kullaviks hamn med bad och restaurang Pir och glasskiosk. Här avnjuts maten med havsutsikt och solnedgången i väster. Bra kommunikationer med nära hållplats för expressbuss in till Göteborg centrum på 20 min. Mataffär och restaurang på gångavstånd i Kullavik centrum.

Vackert beläget havsnära hus med omedelbar närhet till salta bad, klippor och stränder. Här kan du njuta av havets närvaro nästintill husknuten. Huset erbjuder flera trevliga uteplatser och en rymlig trädgård. Med sina generösa 250 kvm erbjuder boendet gott om plats för hela familjen. Våra två katter är en del av familjen och matas varannan dag. De är självständiga och tar hand om sig själva med hjälp av en kattlucka.
