Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. L'Agave è una casa di fine Ottocento situata in una delle più panoramiche e comode zone dell'isola di Salina, nelle isole Eolie. La proprietaria, scenografa del teatro e cinema italiano, ha curato l'arredo con amore ed eleganza e nel rispetto dello stile dell'isola. L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

Al primo piano della Villa degli Armatori si trova questo splendido monolocale con ingresso indipendente che gode di uno spazioso terrazzo vista mare e isole. Tutti i dettagli e le tonalità degli arredi richiamano la bellezza del mare di Salina, le atmosfere sognanti dei fondali marini e delle vedute sul blu infinito. All’interno di uno spazio raccolto ma funzionale, si trovano una zona letto, una cucina a scomparsa ed una zona living. Completano lo spazio una cabina armadio e un ampio bagno.

A delightful flat in the heart of Malfa, with a spacious terrace overlooking the garden, from which you can see a glimpse of the sea with Panarea and Stromboli. Renovated in 2021, it combines Aeolian identity with comfort and attention to detail. The flat is part of a building divided into two parts. On request it is possible to rent the whole house, for a total of 6 beds. The house enjoys privacy and total tranquillity while being only a few steps away from the main street of Malfa.

Scario B è un appartamento situato sul promontorio dello Scario. La casa è composta da 3 ambienti più 2 terrazzi panoramici. L'ingesso è condiviso con quello dell'appartamento sottostante, vi si accede da un cancello pedonale condiviso per poi dover salire una scalinata in pietra che vi porta sul primo piano della casa dove c'è uno dei due terrazzi. L'alloggio è dotato di un grande giardino dotato di lettini e ombrelloni, fruibile per gli ospiti di entrambi gli appartamenti.
