Huset ligger i byn Svarte som har en populär badstrand med badbrygga och strandcafé. Från huset har du en panoramautsikt över havet som nås 100 meter nedanför tomten (en bilväg emellan). Trädgården inhägnad och ligger på hörntomt. Altan och fast grill för grillkol. Lekredskap i trädgården, lekstuga, sittgrupp för barn, sandlåda, skrinda, flera gungor och repstegar i träden, babygunga. Parkering med plats för flera bilar. Tåg till Ystad o Simrishamn eller Malmö/Köpenhamn endast 5 min promenad.

Mitt lilla hus är ett prisvärt övernattningsställe med idealiskt läge. Sväng av och hitta boendet på baksidan av mitt hus. Ett eget trädäck runt huset ger en fin uteplats och om du känner för att grilla så finns allt du behöver. Vad vill du besöka? Österlen? Köpenhamn? Lund? Malmö? Hven? Boendet ligger 800 m från tågstation, tio minuters promenad från golfbana och 250 m från ICA-affär med generösa öppettider. Helkaklat badrum med dusch o toalett, kylskåp och Micro finns naturligtvis .

Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Välkommen till denna mysiga lantidyll där man omfamnas av hästhagar. Lugnet. Tystnaden. Skönheten från de omgivande skogarna. Här kommer man nära både djur och fantastisk natur. På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!
