The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. Pool available from October 1- April 30. Ducted air conditioning. All linen provided. EV charger available on request. Pets on request. Strictly no smoking

Upstairs has 2 outdoor areas - one huge deck overlooking the ocean and one covered outdoor area, downstairs has a 2 covered outdoor areas. Perfect for 2 families.
