The place is very close to the ocean. From the apartment, guests can have both ocean and mountain views. The place is close to 2 big hypermarkets (i.e. Freshmart and Transmart), a shopping mall (i.e. Star Square Mall), cinema, eating places, spa, banks, ATM machines, various stores and more. All are just walking distance away. The place is very safe and has security guards. Other shopping malls and hypermarket are just 5 minutes away from the place by car. Villa Moko is a place to get away from the bustle of the city, while close enough to walk to Lippo mall, movie theater, the ocean, and a swimming hole in a cave. It sits on a hill and provides a commanding view of the surrounding jungle and islands. In addition to three bedrooms, there are several common spaces including a desk, kitchen, and living room. The back and front porch are also nice places to spend some time outside. A large gazebo is perfect for hanging hammocks and relaxing.

Between the mangroves, Methos owns a strip of beach, on which three ‘Water Bungalows’ are located. Each bungalow accommodate two people and is built on stilts in the water. The bungalows are fully equipped with furniture, has a large veranda with sundeck. The bed is completely covered by a king-size mosquito net. On the veranda there is a hammock and a sun-lounger, from where you can watch the sunset.
