Villa Padavne is a boutique rustic remote beach getaway designed and curated by acclaimed interior designer and restoration expert,Nandita Ghatge. Every room is quirky and unique and uses up cycled furniture put together from over the years. Friendly in-house staff are trained to make a variety of delicious veg or non-veg food including local Malwani food. You will rarely find this amount of privacy including the 1.7 Km long sandy beach you will have nearly to yourself. We are dog friendly.

Casa Caisua- Luxury Goan Loft Style Villa

Casa Caisua is a Susegad Village house located at Anjuna and Nestled right in the middle of the village, it is set in a private 20,000-square-feet Orchard and is a few minutes walk to Vagator beach. The structure, standing tall amidst lush greenery and under the bright sun, is entrenched with multiple tales that have been revived to resonate in today’s time. Casa Caisua, about a century old house was carefully restored in a sensitive manner, keeping the charm of the original structure intact.

Serendipity Cottage in Calangute-Baga.

A beautiful boho vibe was front of my mind when creating this stunning cottage. Tucked away in a quite nook, overlooking an organic kitchen garden with the view of the fields, you will be trasported to a bygone era where things were just much slower. When spending time watching the birds & the bees, enjoying leisurely cups of tea, chatting on the balcony was part of the day. Surrounded by trees, you see another side of Goa. Yet you are literally 5 mins away from the party hub of Goa.

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities.
