The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

'The Original Bungalow,' part of the @boutiquerentals_' collection, is a Scandi-chic renovated bungalow surrounded by stunning trees. Located only 2 hours from NYC, Smallwood is a destination in itself: walk along the lake or waterfall, or take the canoe or SUPs for a paddle (seasonal). Nearby are Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, breweries, Livingston Manor & cute Delaware River towns with dining+shopping. In the evening, unwind by the fire pit or curl up by the fireplace with a book or movie.

The living/dining room, hot tub/deck, and gas fire pit are set overlooking the cascading brook, ideal for entertaining, meditating or simply as an enjoyable natural muse. The soft, cozy and elegantly vintage styled interior is illuminated and warmed with central heating, ambient lighting and a home surround sound entertainment system with karaoke.

The Laurel Cabin

Tucked away in the serene Catskill mountains, this charming cabin has undergone a recent top-to-bottom renovation. Located just a short 5-min stroll from the vast expanse of the 30,000-acre Sundown Wild Forest, you'll discover endless trails, picturesque waterfalls, and abundant wildlife to explore. Additionally, within a mere 20-minute drive lies the stunning Minnewaska and Mohonk. We warmly welcome up to two well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs, although we regretfully cannot accommodate cats

Private park on property w/hammock, volleyball & basketball court, swing set, slide & playhouse, yard games (in house & shed) barbecue & firepit.

Take a leisurely walk under the towering trees in the quiet wooded acre surrounding our cozy, alpine-inspired cabin with contemporary bohemian touches. Sleep in upstairs under deep-set skylights, observe wildlife out our large picture windows, or curl up by the fire on the rustic screened porch. Daydream on our hammock or dine alfresco taking advantage of our barbeque. On a clear night, it is easy to stargaze up through the tall trees, perhaps while toasting marshmallows fireside.

Trails Head Cabin

Welcome to Trails Head Cabin! Located on a quiet dead end road, this cabin sits at the head of the Neversink River unique area and offers activities such as hiking, fishing and hunting. My wife and I have fully renovated the inside of the cabin, and have begun to update the exterior. A five minute drive to Resorts World Casino and Holiday Mountain Ski and Fun Park. A twenty-five minute drive to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (sight of the 1969 Woodstock Festival). See you soon!

Tucked away in the small town of Cuddebackville, you will find a wonderful rough cut cabin with all the comforts and amenities for a relaxing stay. The cabin is situated on 3+ acres on a quiet dead end road with very minimal car activity. Enjoy the wonderful nature that surrounds you, with the calming sound of the stream in the background. The interior of the cabin has been updated to ensure an exceptionally comfortable stay while still holding true to its original 1940's charm.

The Metsämökki - A Finnish Cabin in the Woods

The Metsämökki is a small Finnish cabin in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. Originally a sauna that was shipped here from Finland. We renovated it to a tiny house that offers complete privacy. Enjoy the babbling brook while sitting on the deck and taking in the surrounding nature. Catchers Pond is perched atop a hill with views overlooking a private pond featuring a swim platform, dock, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit and a fruit orchard of peach, pear and apple. It is perfectly secluded and close to everything you might need for your stay being just 5 minutes outside Mountaindale. Its rustic, charming and wild. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.
