A one bedroom that sleeps six with three queen beds in separate rooms divided by doors. (Please note the listing price is for 4 guests. Each additional guest is $25 per night). We are 6 min to Middletown, 18 min to Legoland, 21 min to Wallkill, 49 min to Warwick and just under one hour to Patterson, NY.

The Swan Cottage was built in 1923 and was fully renovated in 2020. The idyllic location, on a bluff overlooking the Hudson River, is the perfect perch to relax and get away from it all. The front porch is a nice spot to have a cup of coffee and watch the sailboats on the river, while the huge wraparound porch affords terrific views of the river as well as the forest that gives this home a feeling of being high in the tree tops.

Gardiner has a beautiful rail trail that follows the path of the 1860's railroad and provides a great opportunity to hike, bike or ski.
