Casa Spondylus is located in the private developed gated community of Mirador San Jose. The private urbanization is only 40 minutes south of the city of Manta, and 10 minutes north of Puerto Cayo. Restaurants, bars, and a small grocery store, and the beach are all within a 10-minute walk from Casa Spondylus. Recreational facilities such as a regulation size FIFA soccer field and track, swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground are all 5 minutes from the house.

Figgy and Greta are 2 side-by-side beachfront houses. This one (Greta) fits up to 4 people. 1 queen bed (for a couple) and 2 single beds. As well as a complete kitchen and bathroom. The house is 5 meters away from the beach. This house also counts with a large balcony with a dining table.

Jedes Haus hat zwei Etagen, einen großen Balkon und einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Wir begrüßen Gruppen, Familien oder Paare.
