Your private deck overlooks Terra Ceia Bay on Snead Island, Palmetto, FL. If you have a boat, we have a dock available for tying up. See photo. The studio faces East, great for watching the sun rise . Watch birds leave their nesting island flying to Emerson Point Nature Reserve Park, 1 mile from our house. The park is ideal for walking, biking, hiking, bird watching, and viewing the sun set in the evening. There's an observation tower for seeing the Sunshine Skyway Bridge which is inTampa Bay.

The guest cottage (approx. 300 sq ft) is separate from the main house, where we reside, with a beautiful saltwater pool to cool off in after your day's adventures! The property is 5 blocks from downtown Gulfport, with waterfront restaurants, bars, arts district, unique shopping, and beach. Close access to new tennis courts, bayside beach and minutes away from modern downtown St. Petersburg, and world-famous beaches. We are not set up to host pets or children and no unaccounted for guests.

Just 10 minutes from St. Pete beach, 10 minutes from lively downtown St. Pete and a few short minutes from funky downtown Gulfport. Perfect for a couple, this small but charming space can comfortably accommodate our guests (ideally a couple and 2 small kids if pushing for 4 guests since the couch is small, but lays out). Located just 25-30 minutes from the beautiful Lido/Siesta Key Beach and Anna Maria Island, you can spend your days soaking up the sun and exploring the vibrant local scene here!

This 3 Bedroom Duplex is located near Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, and close to Sarasota. It is close to the Manatee River and near Fort Hamer Park, the Florida Railroad Museum, Lake Manatee State Park, Desoto Speedway, and Downtown Lakewood Ranch. We have renovated our home for maximum comfort with modern touches and with a fenced yard for children and pets. Our home is child and pet friendly.
