Sleeps 7 with a king bed, queen bed, bunk (full & twin), and 2 full baths. Enjoy porch swings, a spacious back deck, fenced yard, firepit, fireplace, grill, and fully-equipped kitchen, with a KEURIG. Fiber internet, wifi, and streaming TV's keep you connected. Perfect for family getaways, fall festivals, or a peaceful mountain escape to relax, recharge, and reconnect.

Killian House Retreat, 4br 2ba

This quaint home was built in 1953 and we have designed it as a quiet getaway spot for our family. The Killian family has ties to the local history and FDR in Warm Springs. Now we are opening it up for others to enjoy. Please be aware that it is set-up as a retreat! There is a hotspot set up in the house for computers, but there is no T.V. In August of 2026 a mold test. The results are negative for mold. But be aware this retreat does smell like grandmother's house, homey and a little musty.

Warm Springs Retreat

Grandaddy’s house is on approximately 4 acres of land providing comfort along with peace and quiet. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Warm Springs. Our home is a quarter mile from a railroad crossing (and this is a community built around the railroad) so you may hear trains going by. Most people find it charming, quaint and pretty typical of a small town. Kids love it. Smart TV’s W/ firestick remote So you can login in to your own streaming account and local channels are available. (No Cable TV)

Pat's Farm House

Farm Charm is a great way to describe this house and the surrounding area. Its a country setting with plenty outside room for children to run and play. The porch is a great asset with, rocking chairs, picnic table, barbecue pit for grilling. Inside is decorated with a morden flair. All beds have new comfortable mattresses in a very spacious size room. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking for your family. However, many guest dine out and visit Calloway Gardens.

Mistical cabin in the woods near Callaway!

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.
