Our B&B “Al Pozzo” is part of an old farmhouse restored and refurbished. It is situated right on the path leading to the “Basilica di S. Pietro Al Monte” (http:/www.amicidisanpietro.it), a monument considered to be a jewel of Romanesque art (X-XI century). And further on along the path are our wonderful montains with its Monte Cornizzolo, a peak famous for paragliding (www.cornizzolo.com). Is is a very short distance from the cliffs, where climbing enthusiasts will enjoy various levels of difficulties in this adventurous sport. There are easy links to che cities of Milan, Como, Bergamo, to the picturesque towns of Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and to Switzerland. And just 4 Km from “Al Pozzo” you can visit the beautiful historical city of Lecco, on Lake Como, with its amazing views famously described in the novel “The Betrothed” by A. Manzoni. A bit about us: we are a family made up of a young couple, Barbara and Beppe, and two children, Ale and Franci, lovers of mountains and nature. We grow our own organic vegetables, we have two dogs and even a stable with twenty odd goats which help us produce a high-quality homemade cheese! You will be able to taste it at breakfast or it you choose to dine comfortably at our typical restaurant part of the farmhouse structure- We are looking forward to your visit!

The room is located in the historical centre of the village in a secluded and silent courtyard and suits couples, private retreats and families...It can be an ideal starting point for day trips on foot, relax and cultural tours on the shores of Lake Como as it is situated within distance from Como (15 km) and Bellagio (20 km). The village is located 600 meters above sea level. The lake can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Parking is outside the village, a 5-minute walk away.The route is uphill.

Note that the house is shared with the host, who offers advice for an unforgettable stay. My friendly dogs make the environment welcoming. Your dog is also welcome but only in the garden.

Varenna La Bomboniera is located in the hamlet of Pino in Varenna, with a fantastic panoramic view of the lake and in particular of Bellagio.<br>The cottage, being independent, gives guests great privacy and the garden is entirely available, making this holiday home a real jewel. Outside, the large terrace equipped with table and chairs is also ideal for enjoying the sunsets over the lake with a drink or for lunches in the open air.
