Villa Sofimar smještena je u mirnom mjestu Zubovići, uz samu morsku obalu pokraj impresivne stjenovite klisure. Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. Blizina mora, svjež povjetarac i zvuk valova čine ovu terasu jedinstvenom oazom za odmor i opuštanje.

Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Apartmán sa nachádza na druhom poschodí nového štýlového domu, bez balkóna. Je vzdialený len 50 m od mora. Pozícia je ideálna na kúpanie, či prechádzky po pláži. Apartmán je plne vybavený veľkou kúpelňou a spálňou, v menšej kuchynke však tiež nájdete všetko potrebné. Je priam stvorený pre čas strávený vo dvojici. Aby ste aj pri neskorom príchode boli bez starostí, v apartmáne nájdete v chladničke vodu na osvieženie, kapsule na kávu na prvé ráno a v kúpelni jednorázový sprchový gél.

Apartments Silver (Gajac). We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km). Superb direct seaside apartment

This property is situated directly by the seaside. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

Completely new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

This new renovated apartment is located just in front of the city beach. Old town is just about 15 min walking distance. Beautiful beach with cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ) , restaurant with grilled food and other ( 3 minutes walking ), grocery shop is 100 meters from apartment, bus station and big market ( 10 minutes walking ), green market and fish market are on peninsula 15 minutes walking.

This villa is located directly on the beach. The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
