Welcome to Beach House Magganari, a serene upper-floor Cycladic home just 100 meters from the golden sands of Magganari Beach — one of the most peaceful and scenic spots on the island of Ios. Set within a traditional whitewashed building, this sunlit residence offers privacy, sea views, and timeless Aegean charm. Sea and Sun ll is a brand new Cycladic house with an amazing view to Mylopotas beach. It includes a double bed and a sofa/folded bed. The small villa is fully equipped. There is also access to a shared pool where you can enjoy by watching the sunset. It is only 900 meters away from Mylopotas beach (about 200m dirt road, car/ATV always recommend). If you are a big company you can book this house with 'Sea and Sun l' which is located in the same area. Excellent for 8-9 people.
