Imagine waking up beside a beachfront grass reserve with short walk <50 metres to the sea shore with views to Kawau Bay and beyond. Snells Beach is a flat beach with changing views as the tide ebbs and flows. This modern ground floor apartment is double glazed and offers comfortable accommodation. Nearby are a multitude of attractions eg cafes, restaurants, sculpture parks, wineries of the Matakana Coast and beautiful coastal areas to explore. Sorry preschoolers/infants not accepted.

This home has a pool table to enjoy & after a day at the beach, you can have a nice outdoor shower. Beach towels aren’t supplied.

Homely timber living area with balcony and fabulous sea views. Step out on to beautiful Picnic Bay. Ideal sheltered swimming area. 3 minutes walk to Surf beach. 4 minutes drive to shops, cafes, championship golf course. Tariff for 2 people is based on them just using the main bed and bathroom upstairs. If an extra bed/bathroom downstairs is required it would incur a separate $100 charge to cover extra laundry and cleaning costs.
